LYNN FRIEDLANDER
DVM
Associate Veterinarian
I began a path to veterinary medicine by volunteering at the Atlanta Humane Society at age 8. My career started in earnest when I graduated from the University of Georgia. I stayed in Georgia for 10 more years, practicing in both general medicine and emergency/critical care. I spent 11 years in Northern California, where I opened and managed several hospitals, practiced general medicine, and served as a mentor to other doctors. After moving to Colorado in 2004, I have enjoyed practicing general medicine, as well as practice ownership and consulting.
My professional interests include general medicine, soft tissue surgery, and dentistry. I am passionate about learning and teaching - I learn from everyone, including my patients and their families. I particularly enjoy forming a partnership with families to foster wellness and solve pet health challenges. When not practicing, I love spending time with my adult children, gardening, cooking, traveling, skiing, hiking, and live music/entertainment of all kinds, including opera and ballet. I share a home with my son, two large rescue dogs, two rescue kitties, and an assortment of chickens.
